After purchasing a media package, you will receive a project onboarding form to gather information about your business, brand, event, goals, target audience, and content needs. Once submitted, we'll review your information, develop a production plan, and guide you through the project from concept to final delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Media Services Refund Policy
Due to the time, planning, scheduling, and production resources involved in media projects, all media package purchases are non-refundable once project work has begun.
Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if no onboarding materials have been delivered, no production dates have been scheduled, and no project work has started.
Once a project onboarding form has been submitted, a production date has been reserved, or pre-production planning has begun, refunds will not be issued. This includes project consultations, scheduling, creative planning, shot list development, location scouting, filming, photography, editing, content preparation, and other production-related work completed by OTR Reels.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, any payments made will be retained to cover time, resources, and services already rendered.
If a scheduled shoot must be postponed, OTR Reels will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the project based on availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before a scheduled production date may be subject to additional fees.
OTR Reels is committed to delivering the agreed-upon content outlined within the selected package and will provide opportunities for feedback and revisions where applicable. If concerns arise during the project, clients are encouraged to contact us so that a reasonable solution can be reached.
By purchasing a media package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
